由意大利拓大(Dox-al)公司与德国柏林大学的合作研究开发而成,宝利肥(Thepax),是第二代酵母产品,其主要特点有二个:一是采用经筛选的独特杂交酿酒酵母作为培养种子,具有良好耐酸性(能抵抗pH2),并内含较高浓度的生物活性因子。二是独特的生产工艺,在酵母出芽繁殖时,即酵母细胞长得最大时,细胞壁最薄,内容物最丰富,此时采用独特工艺对酵母进行了灭活,保持灭活细胞结构的完整性,对酵母里面丰富的内容物进行了天然包被,使这些独特的活性物质得以完好保存和贮存,可有效防止外界理化因子的破坏。
